Dr. Whitney Pafford is a board-certified Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck surgeon, specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her extensive training and unique background have helped her to establish a reputation as a skillful surgeon who utilizes the latest and most innovative techniques to obtain exceptional, natural-looking results. This approach, along with a compassionate bedside manner and dedication to helping others, has led Dr. Pafford to help her patients achieve their medical and cosmetic goals through both surgical and non-surgical procedures.

Specializing in both medical and cosmetic surgery of the face and neck, Dr. Pafford’s surgical expertise includes functional and cosmetic procedures of the lids, brows, face, nose, lip, chin, neck, and ears, as well as reconstructive surgery following facial trauma and Mohs surgery. Additionally, she performs a wide range of non-surgical procedures for facial rejuvenation such as injectables, including facial fillers and Botox®, and other anti-aging treatments.

Dr. Pafford received her Medical Doctorate from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at New York University School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Pafford was selected for a highly competitive Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in NYC where she trained under world-renowned leaders in her field. Here she was able to further hone her surgical expertise in aesthetic surgery of the face and neck, minimally invasive endoscopic facial rejuvenation, facial paralysis, and vascular malformations of the head and neck. 

Dr. Pafford joins the team as a decorated combat veteran who served eight years in the United States Air Force where she rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel. She served as the Chief of Facial Trauma while on deployment in Afghanistan and served overseas for half of her military career. Guided by a passion for helping others, she established a Head and Neck Cancer Awareness initiative at both Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. She is the recipient of numerous awards and honors while serving in the military, including the Meritorious Service Award, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, and Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, among others. When not working, Dr. Pafford enjoys the outdoors with her dog, hot yoga, weightlifting, antique shopping, and traveling. She has also participated in numerous humanitarian missions with organizations such as The India Project, Healing the Children, and the HUGS Foundation.
